2PM’s Lee Junho and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA’s relationship is about to hit a rough patch on “King the Land”!

“King the Land” is a romantic comedy about the unlikely love story between Gu Won (Lee Junho), a chaebol heir who can’t stand fake smiles, and the constantly smiling Cheon Sa Rang (YoonA), who becomes known as the “queen of smiles” while working her way up at the King Hotel.

On the previous episode of “King the Land,” Cheon Sa Rang was assigned to the “dream team” that would personally serve the chairman (Gu Won’s father) and his family. However, despite normally being a consummate professional, Cheon Sa Rang was unable to hide her shock when she heard the chairman talk about Gu Won getting married to Han Yu Ri (Lee Soo Bin). In fact, the news startled her so badly that she dropped a plate, putting her flourishing career at the King Hotel at risk.

Newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode offer a glimpse of the fallout from that fateful dinner. The blissful smiles that once lit up the faces of the lovey-dovey couple are nowhere to be found, and both Cheon Sa Rang and Gu Won wear serious expressions as the future of their relationship falls into danger.

In another set of photos, Gu Won looks lonely as he sits by himself at the restaurant that was once a date spot for them, raising the question of where he and Cheon Sa Rang stand after the bombshell his father dropped on her.

To find out if the couple manages to overcome this crisis, catch the next episode of “King the Land” on July 29 at 10:30 p.m. KST!
