Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on August 19!

TXT Ties BTS’s Record On Billboard 200 For K-Pop Artist Who Has Charted The Most Japanese Albums
TXT has just achieved an impressive feat on the Billboard 200!
At present, TXT and BTS are the only Korean artists ever to chart a Japanese album on the Billboard 200, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States.
To add to that achievement, TXT has now tied BTS’s record for Japanese album entries on the U.S. chart: on August 15 local time, Billboard announced that TXT’s new Japanese album “SWEET” had debuted at No. 54 on the Billboard 200.
TXT has now charted a total of three Japanese albums on the Billboard 200, matching BTS’s record—the group previously entered the chart with their first Japanese studio album “Still Dreaming” and their first Japanese EP “Chaotic Wonderland.”
“SWEET” is also TXT’s eighth album overall to enter on the Billboard 200, making them only the second K-pop artist in history to land eight different albums on the chart (following BTS).
Outside of the Billboard 200, “SWEET” debuted at No. 3 on the World Albums chart, in addition to debuting at No. 7 on both the Top Album Sales chart and the Top Current Album Sales chart.
Congratulations to TXT!
