The rookie boy group, which was formed on the survival show “Stars Awakening,” appeared as guests on the August 30 episode of the MBC every 1 variety show.
For the program’s signature “Weekly Playlist” segment, n.SSign chose to perform a dance cover of NCT DREAM’s latest hit “ISTJ.”
Later on in the show, the n.SSign members played a game where they had to guess which songs the MCs were dancing to—but to make things difficult, Lovelyz’s Mijoo only used the upper half of her body while dancing, while BTOB’s Eunkwang only used his upper half.
Whenever they guessed a title correctly, the idols had to dance to a snippet of the choreography for the song, leading to some fun impromptu covers.
The songs that n.SSign danced to on the spot included BTS’s “DNA”…

NCT DREAM is soaring to new heights on the Billboard charts with their latest album!
Although NCT DREAM’s “ISTJ” was originally released in Korea and on digital platforms back on July 17, the album had a delayed CD release in the United States—meaning that “ISTJ” was only physically released stateside on August 18, though its songs have been available for download and streaming in the United States since July. As a result, the mini album’s debut on the U.S. album charts comes over a month after its initial release.
For the week ending on September 2, “ISTJ” debuted at No. 28 on the Billboard 200, marking their highest ranking on the chart to date.
“ISTJ” is NCT DREAM’s second album ever to enter the Billboard 200, following their previous studio album “Glitch Mode” (which made an impressive debut at No. 50 last year, even though NCT DREAM—unlike NCT 127 and NCT—did not have a U.S. distributor at the time).
NCT DREAM also reached a new peak on Billboard’s Artist 100, which they re-entered at No. 21 this week.
Outside of the Billboard 200, “ISTJ” debuted at No. 4 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, and it also swept the No. 6 spot on three different Billboard charts: the Top Album Sales chart, Top Current Album Sales chart, and Tastemaker Albums chart.
Previously, back when “ISTJ” was first released digitally worldwide, NCT DREAM topped Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart for the very first time with their B-side “Blue Wave,” in addition to landing all of the new tracks from their album in the top 20.
Congratulations to NCT DREAM on their exciting new achievements!
